Meet the Green Monster Team

Craig Gjovik – Owner/Technician

Before starting my own pool company, I gained my experience in the industry working for another company as their lead repair technician, doing their repairs, equipment installs, green-to-cleans and tile cleanings. My friends and family know me as the guy who’s not afraid to tackle anything. I love diagnosing problems and coming up with outside-the-box ways to fix or improve things. This ability is what really sets me apart in the pool industry.

You give me a problem pool, and I’m going to get to the bottom of what’s causing the issues. If I don’t know the answer, I’m going to research it until I find out. Before starting in the pool industry, I worked as a Sergeant in Corrections in North Dakota.

Jenny Gjovik – Owner/Office Manager

I’ve spent my entire career in customer service in one form or another. I do all the administrative tasks of answering incoming calls, scheduling, billing, marketing, etc. Friendly and responsive service is my commitment to you. I want you to enjoy your interactions with our office as much as you love the job that we will do with your pool! Before starting Green Monster, I was a Program Director for USDA Rural Development. Craig and I have been married for over 25 years and we have two daughters, both of which work for us as well.
